R&D Software Engineers for Speech Recognition Products and Algorithms
We are looking for very talented and highly motivated engineers for our team responsible for the research and development of ML and AI-based Speech Recognition products.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize world-class speech recognition algorithms based on Machine-Learning and Deep Learning approaches (e.g. “Alexa”)
- Collaborate with other team members as well as strive independently to develop, modify and improve algorithms for wearables, IoT and other mass-market products
- Handle multi-platform environments, including micro-embedded, Android and Windows
- Explore new algorithmic approaches and methods
Required
- BSc or BA degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field
- Highly independent and self-disciplined, can follow a long-term plan while managing dynamic priorities according to the company’s needs
- Strong C/C++ and Python programming skills
- Extremely motivated, a “go-getter”, gets the job done
- Fluent English
Advantages
- Acoustic, audio, DSP or speech processing background – a strong plus
- Passionate, energetic, curious, likes to be “thrown to the cold water”
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in fixed-point arithmetic – a significant advantage.
- Experience in the design, development and optimization of resource-constrained algorithms. Specific experience in speech processing – a significant advantage.
- C/C++ programming skills in a real-time environment

Performance Research & Analysis Engineer for Speech Recognition Product
We are looking for a very talented and highly motivated engineer for our team responsible for designing and implementing performance research and analysis of Speech Recognition products.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in designing and developing mass-market products to sustain unpredictable usage conditions
- Plan and execute performance analysis procedures in a combined SW, HW and acoustic environment
- Program and improve automated software tools and infrastructure
- Improve current performance analysis and research methodology
- Work alongside other developers and management, sharing responsibility for the performance of millions of products shipped worldwide
Required
- BSc or BA degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Experience in writing code / scripts in at least one of the following languages: Python/C/C++/Java/JavaScrip
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of overall goals
- Highly-independent and self-disciplined
- Very fluent, capable of summarizing ideas and data coherently
Advantages
- Acoustic, audio or speech processing background – a strong plus
- Experience designing and implementing performance analysis procedures of combined software and hardware products
- Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with ELK Stack and/or Grafana – a strong plus
