The Rubidium RSV100 provides a total solution to manufacturers and designers wishing to use biometric speaker identification to implement multi-user Voice Password in their product. The RSV100 combines cutting edge digital speech processing technology with state-of-the-art optimized silicon design to provide a single chip self-contained solution. An RSV100 chip is a multi-user Voice Password processor intended to identify a group of users by their voice and the spoken password of their choice. Any foreign voice is rejected, even when speaking one of the right passwords. A registered user will also be rejected if they speak a wrong password. The RSV100, therefore, provides a double layer of security, using both the user's distinctive voice characteristics and their personal password. As users select their own password, the RSV100 is language independent and is suitable for use by any user, including children. The RSV100 is intended for a group of users, each selecting their own password. As a result, the selected passwords are stored in a separate memory chip, hence providing for a larger number of users. |
